is the fourth of 4 new short form releases that introduce the AMBIENT EKSTASIS project by YOUFIELD.
This project suggests a way of working that is an extension of the original intention of ambient music. It offers a chance to allow a moment in the world that may not be richer if it is understood . let background be foreground.

Look up (moment) is released on 10th August 2023. This is the last of the four short versions. These all provide moments and glimpses of the principle. The four full long form versions will appear later in 2023 with accompanying film works
Lapwing (moment)
is the third of 4 new short form releases that introduce the AMBIENT EKSTASIS project by YOUFIELD.
This project suggests a way of working that is an extension of the original intention of ambient music. It suggests a necessary immersion in a tension between the letting a world be open and available and actively creating it. The invitation into that tension is to let background be foreground.

Braid Birds (moment)
is the second of 4 new short form releases that introduce the AMBIENT EKSTASIS project by YOUFIELD.
This project, suggests an extension of the original intention of ambient music. The word Ambient here, represents a receptivity to being always somewhere particular and the Ekstatic represents the activity of coming into the being somewhere.

Glammer (moment)
is the first of 4 new short form releases that introduce the AMBIENT EKSTASIS project by YOUFIELD.
This project suggests a way of working that is an extension of the original intention of ambient music. It invites the listener to orient their creative openness towards the works where the ambience is no longer incidental, rather the background is taken here to be the foreground. To take to what appears, as an ekstasis, a stepping out and away from the ordinary self.
The word Glammer is taken from the Scots word meaning: noise or the visual influence of a charm. It refers to attractive excitement.
Glammer (moment) is released on 15th June 2023. Three further short form pieces will follow. These all provide moments and glimpses of the principle. The four full long form versions will appear later in 2023 with accompanying film works
